I got inspired to do this blog listening to a podcast over at Angry Black Cat. It made me think about white male myths. Whenever me and my girlfriends start discussing sex, in particular with my black girlfriends, I get the inevitable question about sex with my husband. Hey can you be satisfied by a small dick? Is he crazy freaky in bed? Is it pink? They ask these questions in complete seriousness. I am wondering why there is this notion that white men are these guys with small packages who enjoy playing anal ringtoss. Seriously, it makes you wonder why do these stereotypes exist?
The big myth is that white men have smaller penises on average than black men. Now as a woman I can say I have never laid down with a man with a 14 inch penis, and I probably wouldn't want to, that sounds about as fun as a pap smear. On the flip side though, I have never been with a man that has a micro penis. I googled this to see if there were any stats to say if there was a difference in penis size based upon race and most answers given were no and inconclusive, there is no real way to know for sure. All races come in all sizes. Why do white men get the short end of the stick so to speak when it comes to penis size?
In terms of the color of a penis. I have never seen a purple or pink penis. Personally I don't think I could lay with a guy who had said colored penis, I guess that when my friends say this, they I guess think that white people already look pink, or since blood rushes to the penis during an erection, it "turns" pink.
In terms of white guys being freaks. I think that black folks feed each other that nonsense to justify why someone would be with a white person. I remember growing up being told white girls would do anything, that is why black boys chase after them. I know white people have heard the stereotypes about blacks in general just loving to have sex and make babies. I think that the freakiness depends on the individual. It isn't due to race. Maybe this stereotype abounds because when we hear of crazy sex crimes in the media, it is usually white men. Black men per the news only commit violent crime. White men just have crazy sex and embezzle money from large companies and their shareholders. R. Kelly and Michael Jackson are the exceptions, not the rule.
The truth is these women have never seen a white penis and can only come up with stereotypes and ideals that have been engraved in their minds on why they should not be with a white guy. If they knew the truth, it would probably give them less ammunition to justify why they feel they must deal exclusively with black men to prove how "down" they are with the black community.

Not to feed stereotypes but I hear and this was told to me by a white guy. You know how the European Union is standadizing everything. When it came to condoms, they agreed that the condoms should be 6 inches long. According to this White guy, the Germans protested that the size was too big. Maybe he was German bashing but who knows.
I know one time the concession of condoms that was meant for china found its way to my country and they had to destroy them because they were useless to our population. This is a true story buy the way.
And when it comes to penis size since AA have become mixed, the results of surveys would not be authetic.
Seriously. There are tribes from Africa and across the board everyone is simply big with rare exceptions. How do we know this? Boarding school. Since we all go through it, it is normal to look at your same sex peers naked. Certain tribes stand out above the rest.True story. The average age of entering Boarding school is 8 yrs of age and you leave when you are 18. So you have about 10 years to trust your senses.

The only people that I know who question WM size is BW & BM for different reasons. From what I know most people seem to acknowledge that Asian men are the smallest. WM are not the biggest and not the smallest, they're somewhere in the middle along with Latino men. It really depends on the man. If a BM is larger flaccid than say a WM when flaccid than that WM has more to gain when he becomes erect not the BM. I mean who cares how big you are when soft as opposed to hard.
At the risk of sounding archaically racist, I dare say that there MIGHT be some truth to the penis size thingie, too.
I think it has to do with the levels of testosterone. And they are different when it comes to race.
My husband went to a Japanese bath last year and he came home quite traumatized by the er, sizes of the penises!
Of course, there are variations within each race, but....
Of course, that is no excuse to justify dating only one race.
I think the bottom line is that, historically, Black women have felt that the world perceives their beauty as less than that of white or Asian women. I think many Black women would be interested in dating men outside the race, but there is some unconscious low-self esteem there. Perhaps they fear they wouldn't truly be accepted by someone who wasn't Black. I don't know.
Whenever I have dated outside my race (and I have dated White, Asian and Latino men,)the most difficult thing for me was dealing with the open hostility and disrespect from Black men.
I felt that if I were to marry someone who wasn't Black, there would be a lot of my old haunts that I wouldn't feel as comfortable in because I would fear (my partner and I) being disrespected.
But perhaps it varies depending on where you live.
Anyway, if I were you, I would encourage my friends to give inter-racial dating a try! Why should we limit our resources for finding Love? Doesn't make sense, in my book.

The wm have small penes story is just that to me. A story. I'm sure there are some who do but I dont think it should be dumped on the whole population.
I am also certain there's some bm with tiny wee's.
I have however come across studies that state that bm on average have bigger larger penes than those of wm. Asian's have been said to have the tiniest penes in the male population. Check out this bbc article.

I have come to realise that I believe that the taller a guy, the chances that his penis wont be a dissapointment and I am yet to be proven wrong. So, is there any colleration btwn height and penis size???
I get this question even more than I do the pubic hair question. (Which is bizarre to say the least.) Frankly, the only men who've asked me for anal sex have all been black––and I declined. I think freakiness is what you make of it. I won't discuss the color or size of my dh's penis, suffice it to say I have no complaints in the bedroom.

People are quick to think that ALL black men have huge penises though, why all white men have small penises? Why? What is the benefit of having these stereotypes? What is gained from them? To me these stereotypes reinforce the whole black men are sexually deviant animals willing to rape to fulfill their sexual appetite.

Good question. What if he is a shower not a grower? In terms of white men penis size, I have had many white men, guys I barely know ask me if I think white men have smaller penises than black men. I can't really answer I haven't seen much black penis to be honest, unless you count porn, which porn penis is a whole different animal all together. White men and women are curious as well to know if stereotypes are true.

Let me debunk that theory. I love the tall guys too. The guy I dated before I was with my husband was 6'5, a college basketball player, not that I ever did anything with him (in case the husband is reading), but that guy was working with nothing, it was really sad. The worst thing is he thought he was just so huge, it was really a very average size penis, that he really didn't know what to do with any way. Not that I would know what he was working with. I saved myself for my husband ::wink wink::
On a side note, I got teased endlessly for dating this guy, I managed to end up dating one of the three white guys on the whole basketball team LOL.

No there is not height-size correlation. If anything, it may be inverse based on my (limited) experience. The biggest guys I have been with were 5'8 and 5'6.
I read that article when it first came out. I know Indian men were po'd that day!!!
The biggest guy I was never with that I ever saw was on a guy who was 6'4. His nickname when he was a toddler was sausage. His parents gave him this name for real. How scary.

Esp. with Africans there are no rules of proportion. The biggest guys that are univerally known back home are all quite short and not big bodywise. There is a list of men one should never sleep with. True story!

A friend of mine once told me it's not about how big "it" is but how well one can use it... I think my preference would be average so long as the dude can work what the universe gave him :)
I have seen micro penis - on a Israeli-Colombian.
I have seen pink - on a white guy.
I have also been totally disappointed by what looked like a mandingo with his clothes on.
I actually once read an article on "growers vs showers", that said that white men tend to be 'growers' who rise to the occasion and black men are 'showers' who stay the same size for the most part. This is more along the lines of what I have experienced.
Overall, any woman who claims to have enough experience to comment must be really nasty if she thinks she has a large enough sample size to make statistical claims!
