Don't you just want to beat his little ass?*

I swiped this from Happy Nappy Head

Just to recap this story:

-He got mad at his mom, so he took his grandmother's car
-He met up with another 7 year old, who smokes cigarettes, where the hell are the adults in this situation?
-It is fun to be bad and do hoodrat stuff
-Punishment should probably be not playing video games all weekend.
-The boy hit four cars, and sideswiped a sign, and wrecked his grandmother's car
-The boy himself is interviewing with the news station, it appears no parents are around, and the boy is still alive to interview with said news station.

Let me go get my birth control prescription refilled ASAP.

*I do not advocate child abuse or actual beatings. I do believe in discipline and I am not opposed to corporal punishment, as I was raised on this myself, but I do not advocate actual beatings.

This is why I fight kids. I went to a concert a week ago and these little teenage girls copped an attitude with me and my cousin. I told them, I said "Hey, I fight kids." Problem solved. If only we all just said that a little more, things like this wouldn't happen. I'm just saying...

Sid, I got his lil bad ass first. I wish my son would do some stupid mess like this. I would have been giving those reporters a lesson or two on how to properly beat your child's azz when they ack a fool. I don't have kids, but trust when I do I'm going to be the Momma all the kids fear.

I'll whoop yo kids ass. I ain't skurred.

Man, send his butt to the county pen for a couple of days so he can get a taste of where his life is headed if he don't straighten up!! Boy, then whip his butt, from here to Boston!! Then, make his butt work some odd jobs, so that he can pay his grandmamma back for her car!! It may take years, but so what!

If that was my child, I probably would have spanked his ass on television!!

That is what is wrong with the kids today. They don't get any sort of punishment for their actions and think they can do ish and not get punished for. "Take away his videogames?" Make his butt run around a track a few times!!

Siditty, when you have children, your children will be trained and discipline. If people don't discipline their children, this is way happens, also parents need to set an example and many parents want their children well behaved, but they don't set an example themselves.

OMG! He better thank heavens I am NOT his mother. I would have castrated him and given him a beating that he'd never forget. Little swine!

I personally would have never put this child on TV spouting pure nonsense.

And I wouldn't want any witnesses as I beat his ass up and down the street.

First of all how does a kid get to this stage. Damn!

Thank goodness for boarding schools in Africa. If I ever have kids here that is where they are going.

Seriously, the BC needs to come up with a boarding school system to send kids and isolate them from alot of crap the out there so they are trained on how to adopt.

Boarding schools are expensive, and some of the worst folks I know come from boarding schools. I had a friend who was able to get the best drugs from her boarding school, and she was very "active" with the boys and the girls. She went to boarding school the majority of her life and she still at age 31 does not know how to act like normal folks, but that is because her parents bail her out. Also in terms of some people, it is considered a negative thing to put your child in a boarding school, as it appears to be a way for parents to pass the buck on responsibility for their children on to someone else.

Our answer to boarding schools here are charter schools. We have one here in Dallas, Kipp Truth academy, it is a free school that receives funding from grants. That school is serious, it targets low income kids from all over dallas, parents pay for uniforms, and have to make a commitment to allow their kids to go to school every other Saturday and spend on average school from 7:30-5:00 every day. The school is having phenominal results, these kids are getting scholarships to some of the best private and boarding schools in the nation once they reach high school.

I would whipped the hell out of him.

I have a cousin who mom never let any one discipline him if he did anything wrong, she barely disciplined him. He is now in and out jail he is only 18.

When I did something wrong I got a spankin no a Whippin. I never did it again. I learned to respect my mom and not do anything that would cause me to get a whippin.

I know when I have kids, I will use those methods as will as other methods to discipline my child.

I don't think that he has been shown a correlation between his actions and the consequences. Regardless, he knew that taking his grandmother's car was wrong. I would beat his little ass until someone called CPS.

i would have taken one of the cnn cords and whipped him with it..then handuffed myself...

witnesses or not, this one is clueless and needs to get it quick before he hits his teens. forget no videogames, this one needs no food..i would have made him walk as far as he drove that car..

i got beat and had to thank them for doing so

that lil boy said:

can my mom help her?

that wasn't funny but i was laughing my ass off. i was too much in shock not to. let's just say if he was my little brother, there would be NONE of that.

@ siditty:
when you come from an african country, it is heaven sent. african parents in the US are notorious for using the threat of "shipping you back home" as a way to keep kids in check. and sometimes, when those threats do come through, boarding schools are the first place the kids are sent. it's par for the course and those boarding schools are usually excellent and cheaper (monetary exchange rate). in my experience, they all come back like angels. my little brother is one smart mouthed sentence away from one himself. ;-)

Yeah, I have many relatives that have sent kids back upon reaching their teens. Its a saviour. They do shape up real quick. In boarding school your peers will tame you. And those African kids can be pretty merciless. But they will mature you.

maybe AA should find out about some of these boarding schools in Africa, those that can afford it,seriously.

Childless by choice, over here! Because if that bobsledded out of my womb....I'd be in jail for beating him like a kick drum for sure! Please...I got grounded for a month for giving myself a mohawk and dying it purple in '83!

Give him 2 weeks with me, he'll be a changed kid and minus about 20 lbs.

Afrodite said...

hell, I'll advocate child beating for you Siditty! Beat his lil' ass!

Malacyne said...

OMG...if I had even thought about doing this my dad would have buried me in the back yard. This is what happens when you don't beat children. Not talking about abuse...but a good ol' fashion butt whoopin'. Generations of people, black and white, have grown up on this time honored tradition and it has instilled character and a healthy respect of fear for your elders. Beat that ass...

Don't you wonder though how did he get to that point at age 7 that his response to being mad at momma is to steal a car!!!!!!!!
