To see the child model the dress, here is some video:
Seriously, where are her parents? I don't think at age 32 my parents would let me leave the house like this for a formal event. I want to know isn't there a dress code at the school, did she not think it would apply to the prom?
I like that she doesn't even have enough fabric to cover her little flat baby child chest. Anyone with boobs bigger than an A cup would be busting out of that top. The sad part is the prom folks didn't let her in even after she altered the dress, they feared she had no undergarments on. Let me white this out, highlight if needed: dancing will make you sweat , and if that child were to enter the prom with no draws on, she will have a smell that is a mixture of sweat, body odor, and twat juice. That ain't cute.
She is mad the school wouldn't let her come to prom nekkid. At least someone there had common sense. So you notice that Proms over the last decade or show have become a showcase for future strippers and playmates? I blame Paris Hilton.
Apparently schools have become lax in the dress code, for example we run into the same thing over here.

Just watched the video. Soo not right!! Is that a tatoo on her right upper chest?? Why was this considered news on CNN??
Yeah her parents let her get a tattoo and dress like a stripper to prom, and we wonder what went wrong.
In terms of CNN, they treat people as if they are dumb. Do you ever go to their website, they have a story and at the top of their story they have bullet points like this to summarize the news story for those too dumb or lazy to read.
Her parents should have been the ones to be arrested along with her..for child welfare endangerment!
I don't know what the world is coming too! Parents need to take control of their kids!
What happened to the days of Davids Bridal Prom dresses? Elegant black/white formal attire?
I saw this a few days ago and was like:
WTF?
The dress was wrong and so were her parents for letting her wear it. And you know this dress probably cost a grip, even though it looks like a Rave bargain special.
SMH
Texasladybird:
What kills me is the girl is so pretty, she could have worn a burlap sack and looked stunning, but no, she had to look like she came straight out of Pimps Up, Hos Down.
She's a cutie but damn, you gotta draw the line somewhere.

The girls now get their fashion ideas from Jenna Jameson
Every May there is a new series of horrible prom pictures circulating on the internet. The girl with her pregnant belly sticking out of her belly baring prom dress scared me fo rlife.
LaDonna:
You mean this this one?
Yeah, I saw this story and was like WTF? The parents need to slapped silly. Seriously? They thought this dress was appropriate for a prom? It is more like a dress women were in porn. Sad and pitiful!
No lie, I thought the guy said that the prom was held at the Suga-Shack Marriot. I was thinking that's about right.
And I'm mad that "everybody else" liked the dress. That's ri-damn-diculous!
That being said, I would totally have those as bride's maids' dresses. Me, I'm getting married in body paint.
Sid, LMAO @ Blaming Paris Hilton.
She may have forgottent the rest of her outfit @ home. And not wearing under garments... Gross! Are we going back to cave man days that we dont need to wear underwear?
I agree she is a cutie and she could have still looked stunning even in a nuns outfit.
I am hoping her folks were away on vacation during her prom coz I refuse to believe any normal parent would let their child leave the house looking like that.
Wait, did she say "everybody else LIKEDED my dress"? Well, I say "seent", so we're about even.
WTF!!!! I couldn't have been the principal of that school, the parents of those children would be in handcuffs right then and there.
One of the parents of my student, actually said out of her mouth to the director of the school, " I want my daughter to look sexy."
Let me just say, some calls were made, OK, OH HELL NO, NOT UNDER MY WATCH!!!
A hotazz freaking mess...And to hear her speak on tape is even sadder...

Parents must be vastly different than the parents I had back in the day. I couldn't imagine walking down the stairs of my parents house in that thing without getting knocked out by my momma.

LOL Lanna, it is the Sugar Land Marriott. That is a suburb of Houston, LOL
It does seem fitting it was he Suga-Shack Marriott. I can see it now Blue Boy the Pimp got all his women offering their services there, at a nice hourly rate, with nice clean rooms.
That being said, I would totally have those as bride's maids' dresses. Me, I'm getting married in body paint.
Classy. The groom will wear what, a t-shirt with a fake tux painted on the front of it, the guests will be smoking Cools and Black and Milds, and Colt 45 will be available at the open bar.

Soila:
I wish, they let her wear that to prom and then let her wear it again for the news story. That is just scary. Maybe they aspire for her to be a video girl?

Minoritygirl:
What mother or father has ever said to a child, "I want you to be sexy." Seriously my momma was still trying to make me wear Winnie the Pooh clothing when I was 18, I remember my parents freaking out I actually showed midriff and way less than she showed. I remember my prom dress and my dad freaking out it had a slit on the side and it was a full length dress, the split when just past the knee?

That girl is countrified, and she has crazy parents, bad combination.
Girls grow up nowadays over sexualized they are constantly bombarded with images of sex and sex appeal. A combination of this and a lack of parental control results in the high rates of STDs among minority groups. Its embarrassing people have no sense of pride and betterment for their overall community. She looks like a dayyyuuummm fool.
Sid, have you learned nothing of me? Crown Royal at my wedding. We'll use the purple bags to put rice in it for the guests to throw, and then they could use it for spare change. Only the best for my guest.
Uhhhh....I've no words for this.... *SMH*
I'm with you, jazzy.....
Please....my 'rents threw a hissy when my jeans had one too many rips in 'em....and they just didn't get the significance of my Sex Pistols shirt held together with safety pins!
But this monstrosity, is another matter altogether!
Diosanegra:
OMG did we have the same parents? Did we have the same life. Was your sex pistols shirt the "God Save The Queen" one? That was the one I had.My parents hated the ripped jeans look, and I wore it proudly in my acid wash jeans.
Let me just say my heart sank the day I saw this. I once dated a guy once based upon the fact he looked like a young Johnny Lydon, and you know Johnny Lydon is not cute.
'ditty!!!! OMG...I've never seen this! John Lydon on "Judge Judy"? OK, I'm filing this under, "WTF?"
And, yes Siditty.....we MUST have had the same parents! LOL...I did indeed have the "God Save The Queen" t-shirt!
My mom would never admit to it now...but, back in the day...she though Simon LeBon (from Duran Duran) was kinda hot...LOL
On the lack of "cuteness" of John Lydon: Well...he ain't GQ material....but, age has been kind to him. In fact, I think he looks better now....
FBC: What happened to formal attire, indeed.....even my black leather dress woulda been better than this....this....mess.
That young lady is so pretty, but many of girls like her, have no guidance, they learn their dress codes from watching hip hop videos etc, and everything is so sexualised, many are in confusion, children need their parents to be parents not their best friends.
Diosanegra:
Another video showing why I love Johnny Lydon
'ditty! Just watched the Kimmel piece on YouTube! Lydon is THE MAN! I truly believe that most of the artists who actually give a damn about their music and not pandering to the status quo would reject their crappy recognition anyhow....I mean it doesn't really have any bearing on how relevant they are/were... Sorry y'all...that was off topic!
Thanx 'ditty!
"My mom would never admit to it now...but, back in the day...she though Simon LeBon (from Duran Duran) was kinda hot...LOL"
I used to have a huge crush on John Taylor, but the guy's old enough to be my dad (and sort of snooty in person).
But that dress...lord have mercy. It looks like she wrapped a cheap tablecloth around her. Why aren't more parents setting better examples for their kids? Oh, that's right---they'd rather be their friends than their parents and mentors.
